Refunds and Returns

  • All sales are final.
  • If you receive your order and we have made a mistake or you have received a damaged product you must contact us within 2 business days after delivery via email . Store credits will be issued for missing or damaged items. 
  • We will not provide a refund for promotion codes not entered at the time of purchase or for canceled orders. 
  • If you request a cancellation. store Credit will be issued. 

Shipping and Returns

  • Products will be shipped 2-4 days after payment has processed. However, we usually have your order shipped out the next day.
  • We only Ship inside the U.S.  If you place an order outside of the U.S. your order will be refunded.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time
  • If you choose to cancel a order after it has been submitted, store credit will be issued. 
  • If you have missing or damaged items, we will issue a replacement or store credit once approved. You MUST send a photo of the damaged items to support@rtml.pro within 2 days of delivery of your item. 

Is Local Pickup Available

  • We do offer local pickup, but this must be selected at checkout at the time of your order being placed.

  • A contact form is located in the top and bottom headers on all pages.  We will respond as soon as possible after we receive your message. You can also utilize the chat feature on our store. We do try to respond promptly all hours of the day.
