Refunds and Returns
- All sales are final.
- If you receive your order and we have made a mistake or you have received a damaged product you must contact us within 2 business days after delivery via email . Store credits will be issued for missing or damaged items.
- We will not provide a refund for promotion codes not entered at the time of purchase or for canceled orders.
- If you request a cancellation. store Credit will be issued.
Shipping and Returns
- Products will be shipped 2-4 days after payment has processed. However, we usually have your order shipped out the next day.
- We only Ship inside the U.S. If you place an order outside of the U.S. your order will be refunded.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time
- If you choose to cancel a order after it has been submitted, store credit will be issued.
- If you have missing or damaged items, we will issue a replacement or store credit once approved. You MUST send a photo of the damaged items to support@rtml.pro within 2 days of delivery of your item.
Is Local Pickup Available
- We do offer local pickup, but this must be selected at checkout at the time of your order being placed.
